Why is oral health so important?

When considering the many complexities of life, your dental hygiene can easily be overlooked.  Did you know that poor oral hygiene can increase your the risk for pneumonia, stroke, poor glycemic control and cognitive impairment, especially for people who are medically compromised?  Good oral hygiene helps prevent tooth decay and painful infections and can also reduce the number of harmful bacteria spreading throughout the body which can lead to serious health complications.

Convenience

Mobile Smiles brings oral health care to the comfort of your home, providing all the preventative services and same quality of care you’d receive in the traditional dental office.  We bring everything to you, with fully portable dental equipment including a chair, suction, dental tools and products.  It only takes 15 minutes for us to set up.

Expertise

Each client receives the expertise of an educated and experienced dental hygienist using evidence-based methods of treatment that are proven to improve and maintain your oral health.

Comfort

We know that a dental hygiene visit can be a stressful experience, and we’ve found our clients enjoy receiving hygiene services at home, with cozy blankets on their legs, soothing music in the background, or even with beloved pets in their laps.  While we bring our own dental chair, we can treat you in your recliner, wheelchair or hospital bed: wherever is easiest for you.
