Brushing Alone Isn't Enough

While brushing is important, it only cleans the surfaces of your teeth. To maintain optimal oral health, you need to include flossing and regular oral health check-ups in your routine.

Flossing removes food particles and plaque between teeth where a toothbrush can’t reach. And regular check-ups allow us to catch and treat issues early, so it’s important to keep up with your appointments.

In the meantime, make sure to:

✔️ Brush twice a day
✔️ Floss daily
✔️ Use toothpicks after meals
✔️ Scrape your tongue to remove bacteria build up
✔️Schedule regular check-ups based on your personal health needs
